Lot 454 of 798: An unusual early 20thC oak occasional table, the shaped top with a carved border above four front sections each carved with mythical beasts, on grape and foliate legs with ball and claw feet, 64cm W. Provenance: By Repute Made by Joseph Greaves (1847-1929) of Brindle, Lancashire, thought to be partly constructed from 15thC timbers from the granary of Snape Castle Yorkshire.
